The BeyArMaMo challenge requires participants to celebrate the awesome of Bakuten Shoot Beyblade throughout the whole of October. There are three different challenge types, different difficulties if you like, that you can choose from. The hardest type challenges you to draw a piece of Bakuten Shoot Beyblade-related art every day while the easiest type requires you to only draw one piece of art during the entire month. The full details of the challenges can be found below:

BeyArMaMo
One piece of art every day
Total pieces of art - 31

Mini-BeyArMaMo
One piece of art per week
Total pieces of art - 4
Week 1 to be completed by Sun 6th
Week 2 to be completed by Sun 13th
Week 3 to be completed by Sun 20th
Week 4 to be completed by Thur 31st

Because of how the days fall this year, and because I prefer to end each week on a Sunday, Week 1 only has six days and Week 4 has eleven. Please bear this in mind if you're taking part in the Mini-BeyArMaMo challenge.

Super-Mini-BeyArMaMo
One piece of art in total
Total pieces of art - 1

There are no prizes for completing any of the BeyArMaMo 2013 challenges other than the feeling of accomplishment and the joy and celebrating Beyblade for an entire month. Oh, and a shiny stamp to proudly display said accomplishment on your profile. The event is simply a month-long personal art challenge and a way to show your love for Beyblade.

Accepted
Art featuring characters, bit beasts or beyblades from Bakuten Shoot Beyblade, Bakuten Shoot Beyblade 2002 (V Force) and Bakuten Shoot Beyblade G Revolution. (Also including characters from the manga and the movie)
All forms of art - illustrations, craft, photography, literature, etc.
Unfinished work, sketches and doodles.
AU versions of the characters, such as from SlumberPoppy's Beyfantasy.

Not Accepted
Art featuring characters, bit beasts or beyblades from Metal Fight, Metal Fury, Metal Masters and Shogun Steel. *exceptions apply
OCs. This challenge is to celebrate the characters from the anime series. *exceptions apply
Mature-rated artwork. Please keep everything kid-friendly..
Pairings / Romantic couple images.

*Art featuring Metal Fight, Metal Fury, Metal Masters or Shogun Steel characters or OCs can be submitted during the relevant theme days only. Please see the Optional Themes section for the acceptable submission days.

Extra Info
All art must be new. You must draw new artwork each day / week of the challenge, that's what makes it a challenge. You can work from old artwork, such as taking old lineart and then colouring it during the challenge, but you cannot post artwork you completed before the start of October.
Art does not have to be submitted to the group on the day it is drawn. I understand that not everyone will be able to upload their art each day and so there is an small extension for uploading your work. Please make sure all art is submitted to the gallery by Sunday 10th November. I will just trust that it has all been drawn on the correct days.

The format of the optional themes this time round is the same as last year -  theme weeks rather than theme days. This means that, if you are taking part in the main challenge, you can post up to seven pieces based on any of the themes. Of course, you can also post less than that if you want to, or none at all. The optional themes are just there to provide you with a little inspiration if you're struggling as the days go on.

The themes for this year are as follows -

Metal Fight Beyblade - Week One | Days: 1 - 6
You can post artwork featuring characters from Metal Fight, Metal Fury, Metal Masters or Shogun Steel for this week only.

Original characters / Obscure Beyblade characters - Week Two | Days: 7 - 13
You can post artwork of your Beyblade OCs during this week only. If you do not have OCs you can give a little love to the more obscure, random characters of Beyblade.

BeyArtists Birthday Celebrations / BeyArMaMo 6th Anniversary - Week Three | Days: 14 - 20
Many BeyArMaMo challengers have birthdays during BeyArMaMo and it's always nice to celebrate. It's also BeyArMaMo's 6th Aniversary so let there be an abundance of birthday-themed art. If your birthday falls during BeyArMaMo, let me know, I'll make a note of it and we'll celebrate.

Halloween - Week Four | Days: 21 - 31
Since starting the challenge, BeyArMaMo has created - for me at least - a very definite link between Beyblade and Halloween. We'll celebrate both at once and pumpkin up our BeyArt.

The idea is to draw at least one image per day throughout October, or however many are required to complete your chosen mission. Of course, if you're feeling particularly arty on any given day, you're more than welcome to draw more than this.
All BeyArt must be completed as per the challenge guidelines. It has to be drawn within the specified timeline of your chosen mission, however all art may be posted up to a week after the end of the challenge.
All art must be posted in the appropriate challenge folder. Artwork this year will have to be approved before it shows up in the gallery. This is just so I can keep a closer eye on how people are getting on with their challenge and to stop inappropriate art sneaking through. Pieces will be approved daily so there shouldn't be much of a wait to get your artwork added to the gallery.
All art must contain Bakuten Shoot Beyblade characters. They can cosplay, reference other series or even dive into a world of crossovers, but the main focus must be Beyblade.
I'm afraid to say that there will be no Halloween contest this year. Sorry, guys.
YOUR ART DOES NOT HAVE TO BE GOOD. This is just for fun and, obviously, not everyone is going to be able to create a masterpiece every day. Even if all you manage is a stick-Kai on the back of a tea-stained envelope, that's perfectly fine. More than fine, really.
Have fun! I can't actually enforce this rule, or even really call it a rule, but I really hope that you enjoy yourselves.
